  If I could give this place a negative star, I would. I have never had worst customer service in my life. First, I have been going here since a child and the receptionists at the desk have always been VERY rude. I don't care if you're having a bad day or don't want to be there, it's your job to be friendly to people and make them feel welcomed. I didn't make it to an appointment because of work and college, and the receptionist ripped my head off and told me she wouldn't release my records because I skipped my appointment. You can not withhold someones records FYI, and I would have taken legal action but I chose not to go through that.Second, I love the dental hygienists especially Denise, they are all really nice. Dr. Shapiro on the other end is not thorough whatsoever and ignores me AND my family if we are in pain. He is always in a rush and considering my cavity was filled 3 times just goes to show he is not doing his job correctly. Stop being lazy, it's your job. I will not continue to be a patient at this practice and am looking forward to a new dentist.
